We focus on supporting their welfare by styling their coat not only for appearance, but for overall comfort. Our approach is cantered on reassuring and relaxing each of our furry clients, and help them build confidence through patience and reassurance, to make each experience a positive one.
Before each grooming session, we engage in a thorough discussion with you about your pooch's styling preferences. This allows us to tailor the grooming experience to accommodate any specific health requirements and align with both yours and your pet's lifestyle needs.
OUR JOURNEY
My name is Liz, and as an avid animal lover and proud pet owner, I turned my lifelong passion for dogs into a fulfilling career as a professional groomer. After earning my City & Guilds Level 2 and 3 Dog Grooming Diplomas, I founded The Poochie Palace in 2016.
Drawing on over 15 years of experience in retail management, I bring strong business acumen and a deep commitment to customer service to every aspect of our salon. That combination of professionalism and a personal touch is what defines our approach and underpins our commitment to excellence.
Over the past nine years, I’ve been proud to build a trusted reputation and a loyal customer base, sharing my passion and values with a talented team of qualified groomers.
